My direct supervisor - a middle-aged married woman - keeps making pretty obvious advances at work. What can I do about this?

Most people don't think that sexual harassment is serious when it is a woman harassing a man. I disagree. If any man is being sexually harassed at work, there are ways to get it to stop. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was amended in 1991 to provide punitive damages to you if your employer fails to act.
The first thing you need to do is take any documentation or witness statements to your human resources office. If they fail to act you can escalate the situation by filing a complaint with your state human relations commission.
