Lol, tough situation. If a girl smelled down there, one trick I use is to take a shower together before sex. I'd simply start the shower and get in with her, then start fooling around. Then both of us would be clean before the fireworks started. If you keep doing that hopefully she'll get the hint. If she doesn't I would just say something about it in a nice way. She'll probably be self-conscious but don't make fun of her about it.

Go out and get what she needs and leave it in the shower room, I guess.
I have always been the type to just come up and tell them, in a nice way.
