There are a lot of issues to keep in mind in this situation: you have to try to look professional, it would end up being a long-distance relationship, so on and so forth. But what do you do if she's into you, and you're into her? It's an opportunity I'd hate to pass up.

Good question. A business convention is one f the key places to meet a good level headed woman. If all you're looking for is a long-distance relationship you'll have plenty of prospects.
Yes, try to look professional but keep your radar on. Try to mentally separate them into several categories, not just "hot or not". If they can be an ally or an asset in business, bear that in mind. If they appear to have no business upside they still could be a conquest.
You should be able to sense urgency in a few of them so respond accordingly. Go slowly if the woman appears less urgent, even tentative.
