My girlfriend says she loves when I go down on her, but when I do, she doesn't even move. She just props her legs into the air and lays there. This is a turn off for me because I can't get hints that I am doing things right or wrong. In fact, she doesn't make a sound until she cums. Hmmm. I can see why you are feeling the way you are and think you definitely need to talk about this with your girlfriend.
Maybe, start by asking what turns her on (so you already know that she says she loves it when you go down on her), but ask her what else she enjoys. Hopefully, she might ask you similar questions (this is your cue to e.g. tell her you get seriously horny when you know you are turning her on.) Tell her, you'd find it seriously exciting if she'd let you know when you're doing something she's really enjoying. Don't be afraid to tell her you'd love it if she'd make a few noises or gestures to show you.
Be honest with her and explain how you are feeling. This is important stuff and you need to find a way to discuss it. If you don't, your relationship could fail, all because neither of you know how to open up to each other and find out what each of you really likes.
