That depends upon a lot of things my friend. The best US city to go to just to get laid is not necessarily the safest place to do it for instance. Atlanta Giorgia is a very popular place to go get laid, but they also have the highest disease rate.
In my mind the best place to get laid is where it's the most fun to try, and that would be New Orleans. You'll have fun the whole time, and the girls are used to out-of-towners.
