If you want your sperm to taste better, you should avoid meat and dairy products (and coffee and beer if you can) and try to drink as much water as you can daily.
Fruit and vegetables are said to improve sperm taste, in particular: pineapple, melon, grapes, lemon, apples, tomatoes, plums and cranberries. The high sugar content supposedly offsets the bitter taste. However, there are some vegetables that you should avoid such as cabbage.
You should also avoid heavy spices such as onion and garlic.
If you like pineapple juice, this is also supposed to improve the taste of sperm.
