You handle it as if you never even noticed that your new boss is younger than you. You treat him with the respect he has earned with his position, and you do it with a convincing smile.
If you're smarter than him don't let it show in front of others; let him see it in the quality of your work. You handle the situation with your maturity.
Above all try to find ways to respect him for the qualities that got him his job. If you end up respecting him, he will sense it.
