I've liked this girl for 2 years now, but I think her and my brother like each other... I haven't said anything at all to them, and I really don't want to talk to my brother about it. The bigger dilemma is that me and her are on the worship team at church, so no dating is allowed... I've tried to stop liking her by not thinking about her, but every time I see her, I liker her that much more. I know it sounds kinda cheesy, but what do I do?

You'll never know for sure until you talk to your brother and find out for yourself. Seriously, it's not a big deal. Just say "hey man, real talk: are you interested in XXXX girl?"
It sounds like between the worship team and your brother the best move is to step back and just be friends, but you'll never know until you talk it out with your brother, and possibly her.
Think about it: all the uncertainty you feel every day because of this can be sorted out and put behind you, for better or for worse, in a matter of minutes by talking about it. You'll never get what you want if you don't ask for it.

If she does like your older brother and your older brother likes her do you really want to get involved? You'll be insecure the entire time you're with her because you'll be worried that she actually wants to be with your brother. Of course you never know unless you ask.
